Sir,
\nWith respect, I want to state that I have been fined Rs 500 for not attending college for 5 days. The fact is that on October 4 when I was preparing for college, we heard the news of my uncle’s sudden death. We had to leave for Sahiwal in hurry. I could not manage to send an application to college. We stayed there for three days.<\/p>\n

In way back to home, I fell ill. The doctor advised my to take rest for two days. I took medicines and rested for two days. In mean while, I could not inform college authorities because there was nobody to bring my application to college.<\/p>\n

The medical report is attached as evidence. I belong to a poor family. I am enrolled in your college on 100 % free merit. I cannot pay this heavy fine. I request your to remit my fine. I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.<\/p>\n
