Get a seven hours sleep;

Contemplation;

Physical exertion;
Exercise is veritably salutary for the pupil to keep his body and mind active. According to the recent exploration, pupil who are engage in regular physical exertion spend the healthy and happy life. Physical exertion could be any like spa, brisk walk and cardio to make yourself free from anxiety, stress and depression.

Take a shower;
