When a thing is pulled or pushed it start moving or stops moving.

Those three exercises will work your arms pretty well, the chest, and the “lats” (latissimus dorsi) in the back.

They will do nothing for your legs, very little for your “core”, little or nothing for the upper back.

As with all bodyweight exercises, there’s a point of vanishing returns insofar as developing strength and/or muscular size.

Once you start to go past the ability to do oh, 20 repetitions, you are not improving strength. Only endurance.

All you can do is more and more repetitions. With weight training, you simply increase resistance as you get stronger and you can keep repetitions in a reasonable range.
