The following message pops up when I attempt to open Microsoft Access from my desktop: Microsoft Access has failed. Your database might not funtion correctly. This can occur if you do not have the necessary permissions to install Microsoft Access on this computer." Is there a solution to this? I have already restarted my computer twice.
