Why two tin cans with a string stretched between them could be better way to communicate than merely shouting through the air?

Ans. When we shout through the air, our sound spreads and is not properly and fastly heard by the listener. But when we talk inside the tin can it vibrates and produces sound waves which then travel along the stretched string. When these sound waves reach the* other tin can they vibrate it and produce sound waves which are cbnveniently heard by the listener.
