Two points on an object are at different electric potential. Does charge necessarily flow between them?

Ans. Consider two points A and B on an object having electric potential Va and Vb. The charge will flow only when the two points are at different potential. It means, the charge will flow when potential at .one point is higher than the potential at the other point. Thus, charge flows due to the difference of electric potential.
