Vision Technologies Corporation a leading soccer ball firm of Sialkot unveiled the world's largest handmade football here on Thursday afternoon. The diameter of the football was 34.7 feet and the total weight of this biggest ball was about 800 kg and having 22,000 stitches.
The football was prepared by 50 stitchers in two month with great skill and dedication as well as ensuring the traditional quality. Meanwhile, the chief executive of Vision Technologies Ahsan Naeem told Business Recorder that this 32 panel that was largest football of the world had been manufactured on the request of MPM Telephone Company of South Africa in a shortest possible time by the hectic efforts of the workers.
The MPM telephone company of South Africa would display this biggest ball in the country and it was a part of preparation of upcoming World Cup Football Ahsan Naeem said. This biggest football of the world would be dispatched on Friday to South Africa on a special chartered flight for ensuring its safety, he added.
