2 Landlocked Afghanistan finds the transit trade route through Pakistan via the Arabian Sea.
3 CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor) facilitates trade between Pakistan and China. This route starts from Kashgar (China) and runs through the whole of Pakistan to finally link with the Gwadar port, which provides a gateway to the Persian Gulf.
Pakistan has great importance on the basis of its location not only in the world but also in South Asia. China is located in the north of Pakistan. China is appearing as a great economic power of the world. Pakistan and China are friends. Their friendship is based on solid basis.
Karakoram Highway has been constructed cutting through the rocks of Karakoram. It is an important trade route between Pakistan and China. Afghanistan is the north west of Pakistan. The border line between Pakistan and Afghanistan is very famous. It is called Durand Line. Pakistan provides transit route for trade to Afghanistan through land and sea.
