An industry was established based upon a reversible reaction. It failed to achieve products on commercial level. Can you point out the basic reasons of its failure being a chemist?

Answer. It indicates that reversible reaction attains equilibrium state at once even on a very small Conversion of reactant to product. As a result, negligible amount of products is formed and reaction never completes. So, the basic reasons of the failure of industry are:
i.        Attaining of equilibrium state at once
ii.       Formation of negligible amount of products.
iii.      Never completion of reaction.
