Ans:The heart is enlarged. The left lung is comparatively smaller. Conclusion:

Tar is present in all cigarettes. Tar in cigarette smoke contributes to lung diseases, such as emphysema, bronchitis and lung cancer. Due to arteriosclerosis heart has to pump blood with more strong contractions. It ultimately leads to dilation (enlargement) of the heart.
