The sounds produced by musical instruments such as flute, harmonium, violin, drum, etc. are musical sounds.
NOISE
Such sounds which have jarring and unpleasant effect on our ears are called noise.    
Examples
The sounds of heavy machinery, the slamming of a door, heavy traffic, rattling of wheels on the road are noise.
