You need regular aerobic exercise to reach your best health. But overtraining makes you more likely to get injured or sick. Symptoms might include a high resting heart rate, sleep problems, and exhaustion. If you've been overdoing it, cut back on the time or the intensity or both. Be kind to your body and give it a chance to recover.
