At the very least, exercise 3 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes. A better plan is to get 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderately intense exercise each week. The best plan is to add 75 minutes of a vigorous exercise a week, like swimming laps, jogging, or other sports that gets your heart rate up.
