Sleep bruxism -- or teeth grinding -- is involuntary, unconscious, excessive grinding or clenching of teeth during sleep. It can lead to problems, including abnormal wear of the teeth and jaw muscle pain. In some cases, it can be stopped with the use of a mouth guard. See your dentist.
