The main types of sexual dysfunction in men include:

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes called impotence
Premature ejaculation
Male orgasmic disorder,  which is an inability to reach orgasm (climax) with a partner, without lengthy sexual contact or during intercourse.
Inhibited or hypoactive sexual desire, which is a disinterest in sexual contact or complete lack of sexual desire.
Retrograde ejaculation, in which the semen moves backward into the bladder during orgasm. This isn't dangerous and is often a side effect of certain medications.
Priapism: a prolonged erection unaccompanied by sexual desire
