- Limit caffeine, which can keep you from getting a good night’s rest.
- Curb stress. It drains your energy.
- Put away your smartphone or tablet at bedtime. The light tells your brain to stay awake.
- Take your drugs the way your doctor says to. They'll help control the inflammation and pain, which can leave you tired.
