You may not feel like yourself for a couple of days. For most these effects go away quickly, though they can last a week or longer:
- Trouble staying focused: You may misplace things like your keys or your medicine.
- Drowsiness: This makes it dangerous for you to drive or use machines. It also makes it harder for you to listen to people or remember what they’ve told you.
- Fogginess: You may have a hard time thinking clearly or, less commonly, feel dizzy.
- Slow reflexes: This can affect how you think and understand others.
