- If you’re female, avoid extreme diets and training, which can lead to thin bones.
- Skip carbonated colas, which studies can lead to bone loss. The extra phosphorus in the drinks may prevent your body from absorbing calcium. Or it could be that soda drinkers may get less calcium-rich beverages like milk.
