Before the appointment of the ambassadors, Russian Prime Minister invited Pakistani Prime Minister to Russian. But he ignored this and went on a visit to America. By this the unpleasentness occur between their relationship.

Why did unpleasentness occur b/w the relations of Pakistan and Russia after establishment of Pakistan.
