Natural ways to control hyperacidity :
  1. Avoid long gaps between the meals.
  2. Avoid late night work, and in case working then keep something to chew upon in between.
  3. Drink lots of water.
  4. Avoid spicy, oliy and fried food.
  5. Do regular exercises.
  6. Include green salad in diet and take 15 minutes before meals.
