i. Click on the start menu button. Start menu will appear.
ii. Point search option from start menu. A search results window will appear.
iii. Click on the all files and folders link in left pane of the search results dialog box.
iv. Enter file name in the text boxes. The worldcards can be used for file name.
v. Specify the location for searching the file from look in list box.you can select all the local hard drives or a particular drive for search.
vi. Click on search button located in search window.windows will start the search process.
