How does boiling differ from evaporation?

Evaporation is a slow process from the liquid to gasesous state which takes place at the surface of a liquid and at all temperture.On the other hand ,boiling process is a rapid change of a substance from the liquid to the gaseous stste which place throughout the mass of the liquid at a definite temperature.
