HCl is a polar molecule in HCl the electronegativity Cl is greater than H that is why a shared pair of electrons is drawn towards more electronegative atom (Cl) so the Cl atom carry negative charge Cls- and partial positive charge on Hs+ than a force of attraction created between positive and negative molecules that is called dipole attraction force.
