We need to discourage evening coaching academies, tuition centers as they are just working as a poison for the educational structure in our educational system being a teacher and a mentor we need abolish this system. These institutes in blindness of earning money in actual are ruining the creative capability activities of the students by making them habitual of

In this ways these young learners also get unable to develop important skills such as, decision making, confidence, problem solving, leadership, teamwork, visualization, stress management, conceptualization, time management and much more. These skills are very much important for a single person as it is also observed as personality skills core. We should always boost up a child by showing them right path and also reminding them as a future leader.
Here we all need to stand up as a guardian, parent, mentor and a teacher for a student to fulfill our responsibility in grooming of a student either physically, mentally even spiritually as children had to sit on a chair for the whole day listening to us.

Because I have seen some students sluggishly sleeping and yawning in the class that is due to the burden of evening coaching classes in which they spend half of their day in such centers who only meant to earn money while bright students self-study makes them brilliant and fresh as they know how to manage their time with different activities. I think students don’t need to spend their hold day in the coaching class until they found any distortion and difficulty in their studies.
